Terms of Service

Effective date: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stupid Good. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Stupid Good (“Stupid Good”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of our website, apps, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Stupid Good helps you discover restaurants, bars, and other venues through curated lists, personalized recommendations, and an AI Concierge. The information we provide — including hours, menus, prices, availability, and other venue details — is for general informational purposes and is aggregated from public sources and user contributions. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always confirm details directly with the venue before you rely on them.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, trials & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. We may offer a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change prices, with notice, for future billing periods. Billing is handled by our third-party payment processor.

5. Rewards & wallet credits

Rewards points. We may award promotional rewards points for activity and promotions. Points are promotional, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may change, expire, or discontinue points or the rewards program at any time.

Wallet credits. Some paid plans include Stupid Good wallet credits — for example, an annual membership credit — shown as a dollar-denominated balance. You can redeem credits for eligible rewards, such as merchandise and pop-up dinners, subject to the applicable wallet terms. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn for cash except where required by law; membership credits refresh on your renewal date. We may change or discontinue the wallet-credit program, with notice where required.

Rewards or wallet credits obtained through fraud or abuse may be revoked.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • post false, misleading, abusive, or harmful content, including fake reviews;
  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service, or access it through automated means except as we expressly permit;
  • interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • reverse engineer or resell the Service; or
  • misuse the AI Concierge, including to generate unlawful or harmful content.

7. User content & license

You keep ownership of the content you submit — reviews, ratings, lists, itineraries, and other contributions (“User Content”). By submitting it, you grant Stupid Good a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or the law. We may remove content that does.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — including our software, curated lists, scoring, text, design, logos, and the “Stupid Good” brand — is owned by Stupid Good or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

9. Third-party content & links

The Service surfaces information about third-party venues and may link to third-party sites and services (for example, to make a reservation). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, sites, products, or services, and including them is not an endorsement. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

10. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service are generated by AI, including AI Concierge answers and some venue write-ups and blurbs. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may not reflect a venue’s current offerings. Treat it as a starting point, not professional advice, and verify anything important with the venue directly. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information (including venue details) is accurate or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stupid Good and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, or for any experience at a venue you found through the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the User Content license, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
